Our Annual Service is for Trustees who prefer to manage their super fund during the year and after year end provide us with the records to enable the end of year administration functions to be completed.

To enable Supercorp to obtain records directly we will require your authority for us to act on your behalf. This only provides authority for us to obtain investment statements for accounting and audit purposes. It does not allow us to buy, sell or alter your investments in any way.

What does this authority permit Supercorp to do?

This authority allows Supercorp to:

  • Request information from third parties e.g. from your investment advisor or insurance provider
  • Speak with your accountant regarding matters such as contribution allocation etc.

What does this authority not permit Supercorp to do?

This authority does not permit Supercorp to purchase or dispose of investments on your behalf

Can I revoke this authority?

Your authority can be revoked at any time by providing us with written notification.

What happens if I don’t agree to give Supercorp this authority?

If we are not provided with this authority then Supercorp will be restricted in the service that we can provide to you. Specifically we will not be able to request information on your behalf where required, to minimise delays in completing your end of year accounts. Accordingly, you will need to provide all information to our office directly.
