Our 80 plus staff are focussed on the products and services we provide to the SMSF community, on servicing our clients and on making sure that we are leaders in the SMSF industry.

Staff retention has been a key to the success of the organisation to date with many of our senior staff having been with us for 10 years or more. While our growth rate has been augmented in recent years by the acquisitions of a number of other companies it is interesting to note that on average their percentage of staff change over dramatically drops once they have been exposed to the Supercorp culture for a couple of years. Superannuation is about investing for the long term and that is exactly how we look at the relationships we form with our clients.

Our Trustee Support Hotline Team is staffed by professionals skilled in our services and with proven expertise in regulatory, accounting and tax legislation in addition to administration. Often, a few simple suggestions over the phone are all that is required to resolve a problem or a concern, but at other times we can provide formal tailored personal superannuation advice through our Australian Financial Services Licensed consultants or we can provide tax advice through our registered Tax Agent consultants.
